products is an important one. And we encourage our customers to speak
with us directly prior to making any purchase. All inquiries are kept
confidential. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM EST.

accepted with a 3 to 5 day delay in order processing

1. RETURN
POLICIES
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on prohormone products due to possible product tampering that could occur. Refunds on defective merchandise will be in the form of a product replacement.
2. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product is damaged you must save all packaging and contact us for return merchandise authorization and instructions at customerservice@uberhouse.us Please do not send your damaged product back. The process time on all product replacements is six (6) business days. Customer will receive via email a prepaid return shipping label, and will be insured with a signature confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable and Über House is not responsible for lost returns.
3. SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship to all 50 states in U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, and offer shipping methods via United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service and Federal Express.

We offer worldwide shipping methods via United States Postal
Service, United Parcel Service and Federal Express. Please contact us for
country-specific restrictions and international rates.
Shipping
Method Restrictions
Priority shipments (overnight, 2nd and 3rd day air express) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International locations. Tracking codes may not be available for all shipping methods. Items shipped to Canada, Puerto Rico and International locations will have Duties assigned by customs for shipments please check local regulations for charges applied.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. Second day and overnight services do not apply when orders are placed after 3 pm, Eastern Standard Time. U.S. Parcel Post is used for shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and areas not serviced by FedEx and UPS. USPP deliveries are unable to be tracked and Über House LLC is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments.
Most of our merchandise is shipped within 24-hours of placing your order. Orders placed after 3 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday are processed the following business day for shipment.
3. ITEM AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure the product or item in your order request is available.
However occasionally if we run out of a popular or discontinued item, we will offer substitutions, or give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order request.
We appreciate your understanding in the event of an out of stock situation or necessary substitution of an item.
